Influencer Marketing: How do I prepare, send, and track Contracts?

Table of Contents

Influencer Marketing’s contract component, integrated with Dropbox Sign, makes it easy to prepare, send, and track the status of contracts and signature progress.

To use the contract component, ensure your organization admin has enabled and set up the Dropbox Sign integration. You can enable the contract component by going to Campaign Settings > Creator Flow and toggling ON Contract.

How to prepare a contract

If a contract hasn't been prepared or was withdrawn, users can quickly prepare and send one to creators or other signatories.

To prepare a contract:

  1. Click on a creator to open the creator view.
  2. Navigate to the Contract component on the right panel and click Prepare.

Contracts are sent through Dropbox Sign, which notifies signatories when a document is ready for their signature. Signatories can only sign via the link sent in the email from Dropbox Sign.

How to withdraw a contract

If the contract hasn't been signed by all parties, you can withdraw it and prepare a new one.

Once all signatories have signed, the contract is legally binding and cannot be withdrawn.

To withdraw a contract:

  1. Click on a creator to open the creator view.
  2. Navigate to the Contract component on the right panel and click View.

If a contract is declined or an error occurs, you’ll see a warning next to the affected contract in the dashboard, list view, and creator view.

Where else do contracts appear in Influencer Marketing?

Contracts sent to multiple campaign creators are summarized in the campaign dashboard. You’ll also see a dedicated Contract column in the creators list view for easy tracking.
