Influencer Marketing: How do I use Review in the Creator View?

Refine your list of creators in a campaign while keeping your team updated with internal notes and collaborative decisions when you use the review element in the creator view.
You can conduct two different types of reviews:
- Internal Review: Users within your organization can leave comments and make a decision (approve, disapprove or tentative) about prospective creators.
- Collaborator Review: When a campaign is shared with collaborators, they can review creators collectively and provide a single shared decision for each creator.
A creator can’t be approved by one collaborator and disapproved by another.
Internal Review
Anyone with access to the campaign can conduct an internal review:
- Open the creator’s profile clicking the creator’s name and clicking + next to Internal Review.
- Choose Disapprove, Approve, or Tentative from the upper-right corner.
If collaborators are involved, approving a creator automatically initiates the collaborator review process. To disable this, deselect Begin Collaborator Review Process After Approval before approving.

Requesting a collaborator review
You can control which creators are shared for review with collaborators. Creators only appear in the Collaborator Portal after a review request is sent and the option for collaborator review is only available if a campaign has multiple collaborators.
Select the creator you want to review and click Review > Collaborator Review > Request.
You can add custom comments to a review request by clicking the comment icon.
Customizing creator previews
You can control what collaborators see in a creator’s profile:
- Select the creator you want to send for review.
- Click Review (star icon) > Collaborator Review > Customize Creator Preview.
- Click Save.

You can monitor the status of your internal and collaborator reviews in several places like:
- Campaign Dashboard - There are feature sections dedicated to review status
- Creator tab - You’ll see two columns, one for internal review and the other for collaborator review
