Influencer Marketing: How do I use User Mentions?

With User Mentions, you can directly mention other agency users, creators and collaborators. 

To mention someone in a message in the Creators tab of a campaign, click @ in the toolbar message field or enter @ to generate a list of available users to mention.

After you mention a specific user, they’ll receive an email and an in-app notification. They’ll also be added as a subscriber to that message thread until they choose to unsubscribe.

Who can use User Mentions?

User Mentions are available for creators, collaborators, brand, and agency users in Influencer Marketing.

Are there any User Mention restrictions?

The ability to use user mentions depends on who is sending the mention and where they are in the Influencer Marketing platform. The following table shows the different User Mention restrictions based on user type.

Brand and agency users

Brand and agency users can mention other users from different locations within the Creator View. 

In message threads with a creator, brand and agency users can mention creators or fellow brand and agency users with access to the campaign.

In message threads with collaborators, brand and agency users can mention collaborators or fellow brand and agency users with access to the campaign. 

You can only send internal notes to fellow brand and agency users with access to the campaign.

Collaborator

Collaborators can mention other Influencer Marketing users and collaborators that belong to the message thread. 

Collaborators can mention brand and agency users and other collaborators in comments during Creator Review and Content Review.

Creator

Creators can mention Influencer Marketing users that belong to the same message thread or during Content Approval.
