Influencer Marketing: How do I manage and monitor creator connections?
Table of Contents
The connections component tracks if a creator has authenticated their YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account. You can enable or disable this feature in Organization Settings or Campaign Settings.
Connections give you a clear view of a creator's opt-in status and access to metrics like:
- Instagram Insights: Content performance and metrics
- YouTube Insights: Video data
- TikTok Creator Marketplace Status: Campaign compatibility
Viewing connections within a campaign
When you’re in your campaign, navigate to the Creators tab and click the creator you want to view. Click View next to Connections on the right-hand side to see detailed information about available data and content types.
Connections makes it easy to send opt-in requests to creators and to see which accounts are connected or expired.
