What are the statuses of Product Fulfillment Tracking for Shopify in Influencer Marketing?

There are six possible statuses you might see during Product Fulfillment Tracking:

1. Product Fulfillment not shared

   • The Proposal or Manual Order hasn't been sent.

2. Awaiting Product Selection

   • The Proposal was shared, and the Agency is waiting for the Creator to accept it.

3. Needs Agency Confirmation

   • The Creator selected products, and the Agency has to confirm them to create an order in Shopify.

4. Shipment in Progress

   • The Shopify Order is created. Now, you can track the progress of the delivery via the Shopify links provided in the summary in Influencer Marketing.

5. Products Delivered

   • The Shopify Order was fulfilled, and the Creator should have their products.

6. Error

   • Any kind of errors related to disconnecting the Shopify Store, running out of stock for certain products, etc.

You can edit the Product Fulfillment while the order status is in statuses 1-3, but once the order reaches statuses 4-5 you can no longer edit it.
