How do I create and manage discount codes for Shopify in Influencer Marketing?

You can import Shopify Discount Codes or create them directly in Influencer Marketing to send them to Creators. You can generate codes for individual Creators within a specific Campaign or applied to an entire Campaign. 

How do I set Discount Codes?

To set Discount Codes:

1. Head to the settings of the Campaign you want to set Discount Codes for.
2. Click Creator Flow. Ensure Shopify Discount Code is toggled to on.
3. Click Add for Shopify Discount Code in the right-hand panel.
4. Decide which method to use to distribute the discount code to Creators. You can either set one discount code for the whole Campaign or create a separate discount codes for Creators. 
   

If you choose to set one discount code, all Creators within a Campaign have the same discount code. This code can't be changed for Individual Creators within a Campaign once the code is generated. All Campaign Metrics are then aggregated under one Discount Code.

If you choose to create separate discount codes, each Creator receives a separate code with the same configuration. Codes are automatically generated for all Creators within the Campaign and for any future added Creators. You can adjust the codes on the Creator level, which means the metrics are distinguished between Creators.

How do I set Discount Codes for Individual Creators?

You can create or import a discount code for individual Creators within the creator flow by clicking  Add next to the Shopify discount code in the left-hand menu.

How do I edit Existing Discount Codes?

If you're an Agency user, you can edit an existing Discount Code or completely withdraw it and create a new Discount Code in its place.

To do this:

1. Navigate to the Campaign Settings.
2. Click Edit next to Shopify Discount Code in the right-hand menu.

What metrics are connected to Discount Codes?

Influencer Marketing gathers two metrics in relation to Discount Codes: 

• The number of orders made with a Discount Code

• The total sales generated with a Discount Code

These metrics are shown in the Summary in the Creator table and its own element summing up the performance of the whole Campaign.
