How do I customize the subject of Templates?

The subject field refers to the copy that will populate when Creators receive an email from Sprout Social Influencer Marketing. Any messages sent later fall under that email thread.

Slugs, a way to personalize messages to Creators at scale, are available in the subject field. In this case, slugs help determine the subject line for these messages and can include the name of the Creator, Project, Campaign, or date.

When slugs are used, the information is automatically replaced with the correct information about the Campaign or Creator.

To customize the subject of a Template:

  1. Choose the campaign where you want to customize the subject of a message.
  2. Click Campaign Settings in the top right corner.
  3. Click Messages in the left menu.

      4. Choose any additional information fields you want included in the subject.

      5. Click Save.
