How do I create a message template?

Message templates can be created in Organization Settings. The templates are available in all Campaigns or in Campaign Settings and are available to those with access to the Campaign.

To add a new template:

  1. Click your initials or avatar in the bottom left.
  2. Select Settings.

      3. Click Message Templates.

      4. Scroll to the bottom of the template list and click + Create New Template.

      5. Name your template, add any desired fields (slugs) and format the text using the text editor if needed. Click Save.

      6. Preview any template as the Creator will receive them by clicking Preview.

There is no limit to the number of templates a user is allowed to create.
