Influencer Marketing: How do I manage user access in a campaign?

To create and manage user access to campaigns in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing, navigate to Campaign Settings and click User Access in the left panel. 

To manage a user's campaign access:

  1. Select the campaign you'd like to manage user access to.
  2. Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click User Access in the left panel.
  4. Click the box next to the user's name and click Add.
  5. Click the user’s name and select what role/permissions to edit their access.

To delete a user from a campaign:

  1. Go to the Campaign > Settings > User Access. 
  2. Check the box next to the user you want to remove from the campaign.
  3. Click the delete icon on the bottom. Click Remove Access to confirm deletion.

  1. You can also select the three-dots next to the user’s role and click Unshare.
  2. Click Remove Access to confirm deletion.
