Influencer Marketing Creator Hub: How do I connect my Social Media accounts to Creator Hub?
Table of Contents
Opting into Influencer Marketing
You can opt-in your social profiles to Influencer Marketing by clicking the Setting icon in the lower-left corner and then clicking Connections.
Choose the network you want to connect.
If you have more than one Profile, switch to the Profile you want to connect before clicking Connections.
You can follow the same path to reauthenticate your connection. You want to do this when:
- Your Instagram Insights connection expired. You receive a warning via email when this happens.
- The connection is invalidated by Facebook. This can happen when you change your Facebook password or turn on two-factor authentication.
Connecting your Instagram account
Before starting, make sure:
- You have a public Facebook Page (check out this article).
- Your Instagram account is public and you have a Creator/Business account (check out this article).
- Your Instagram account and your Facebook Public Page are linked together (check out this article).
To connect your Instagram account click Connections > Continue with Facebook.
Connecting your TikTok account
To connect your TikTok Account, click Connections > Continue with TikTok and follow the flow steps.
Connecting your YouTube account
To connect your YouTube account, click Connections > Continue with Google and choose the Google account your YouTube channel is connected to.
What to do if access to your Profile is restricted
When the Social Media account you're trying to connect is a part of a Profile already authorized by another user (for example, your manager or you from another account), you can still gain access and manage it from your account.
You can learn more about sharing profile access in this article.
