How can I understand the performance of my content as a Creator?
Within My Profile, Influencer Marketing provides four tabs that let you deep dive into your content performance. You can get details in:
- Overview
- Analytics
- Content
- Mentions
Overview
The Overview tab provides insight into your content performance by platform, posts, and Affinity.
Platforms Summary
In the Platforms Summary on each card you can quickly view your recent activity on each social network you connected. View insights like:
- Engagement - the total Engagement in the past 90 days
- Posts - the total number of posts in the last 90 days
- Engagement Rate - the median Engagement Rate from the past 90 days
- Followers - changes to your follower count in the past 90 days
Posts
You can click the images of your individual posts to view a summary of the all time metrics for that post.
Posts Summary
You can quickly view the recent activity of all your post metrics in the past 90 days.
Affinity
Influencer Marketing automatically finds similarities between your Profile and the Profiles of others. You can use these similar Profiles to connect with like-minded folks and collaborate with people who have similar interests. You can access their social profile by clicking the Profile in the Affinity section.
Analytics
In the Analytics tab, you can analyze the performance of your recent content or get a breakdown of your audience. Clicking badges enables you to switch between Content Health and Audience.
Content Health
The Content Health sub-tab provides the following insights:
- Engagement Rate by Platform - this is calculated by taking the median Engagement from your post from the past 90 days and dividing it by your current number of followers. This shows your Engagement Rate on each social platform in the past 90 days.
- Engagement Rate by Content Type - calculated the same way as Engagement Rate by Platform, this shows your Engagement Rate for each content type in the past 90 days.
- Engagement Rate by Platform in Time - this shows how your Engagement rate changes over time for each platform. Influencer Marketing groups your content by the date you posted it. On the chart, all of the engagement a post receives is assigned to the date it was posted on.
- Count of Posts - shows how many posts you created in the past 90 days.
Audience
The Audience sub-tab provides the following insights from the social accounts you connected:
- Location - understand where your audience is located.
- Gender - understand the gender breakdown of your audience.
- Age - understand the age breakdown of your audience.
Content
The Content tab provides a summary of all your posts across all social platforms, along with your best performing hashtags. You can search through your content by clicking +Add Filters.
Mentions
The Mentions tab is where you can analyze and search mentions of your Profile and Profiles you’ve mentioned. You can view mentions as pieces of Content or grouped by Profiles.
About Profile shows pieces of content from other Creators that mention your account. By Profile shows pieces of content that mention other Creators.
Instagram Stories
If you have an Instagram account connected, the Instagram Stories tab helps you analyze the performance of your Stories.
