Once you set up your Creator account and connect a social profile, a Profile in Influencer Marketing is automatically created for you.
A Profile is a group of social profiles from different networks. You can connect your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly known as Twitter) accounts to create a single identity that represents you across all platforms.
How can I create a second Profile?
You should create a second Profile in Influencer Marketing if you have more than one identity on social media. For example, if you have two separate accounts on Instagram or if you manage a profile on someone’s behalf, you should create a second Profile in Influencer Marketing.
To create a second profile:
- Click Switch Profiles, and then click +Add Profile.
- Choose the network you want to connect to (Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok).
- Follow the Connection flow prompts which vary by network.
How can I switch between Profiles?
You can switch between your Profiles at any time. When you do, your Influencer Marketing experience also switches to the context of the Profile you switched to.
If you’re using more than one Profile, the Home, Campaigns, and Messages tabs will show the social accounts that are connected to the Profile you’re currently using.
Click Switch in the Switch Profiles view to switch.

To add a new Social Account to the Profile, click Connections and choose the social network you want to connect.
