How do I connect my DMs to my Influencer Marketing account?
You can connect your Instagram Creator Accounts to see and respond to Instagram DMs using the Connections box in your Profile Settings in Influencer Marketing.
But before you make the connection, verify that your Instagram Creator Account DM settings allow third-party apps to access your messages. You can validate this using the following steps:

Navigate to Settings & Privacy for your Instagram Business Profile.

Scroll down and find Messages and story replies.

Tap Message controls.

Make sure that Allow Access to Messages under Connected Tools is turned to ON.
If you don't have this access allowed, you can't see your DMs in Influencer Marketing.
