Influencer Marketing: How do I use Sync Pages?

Table of Contents

With Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Sync Pages, you can create custom landing pages to attract, qualify and capture prospective creators for brand ambassador programs, content collaborations, and influencer campaigns.

Collect creator details with a branded landing page

Sync Pages consist of four to five sections you can customize to align with your brand, objectives, and other instructions or information to share with creators during the registration process. These pages are optional and manually built by the engineering team on request.

You can find an example of Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Sync Pages here on our community site.

Each submission is available in Influencer Marketing and all information is displayed as a custom field in Influencer Marketing profiles.

You can access influencer submissions by clicking More > Sync on the left panel. Only organizations with a Sync Page can access this page where they can see submissions in a table view or download submission data as a CSV file.

The table view consists of:

  • Profile avatar with link
  • Social media handles
  • Survey responses

An organization can have multiple Sync Pages and all responses are tracked in separate tables grouped by the name of the Sync Page.

Sync data in custom fields

Every survey question listed in the Sync Page corresponds to a custom field that is automatically filled in and can be found on each profile.

Why are some custom fields empty?

Sometimes the response provided by a creator isn’t enough to automatically create a creator profile in Influencer Marketing, resulting in an empty field. For example, if there’s a typo in the creator’s handle, this won’t automatically upload to the custom field and you’ll see a broken link icon with a tooltip.
