I’m unable to select a user as a mobile publisher in the Compose window for Instagram. Is something wrong?

Ensure the user has downloaded the Sprout mobile app & enabled notifications for Instagram publishing. They’ll also need to enable “Allow Notifications” in their mobile device settings. Lastly, the user needs Full Publishing permissions to the profile that they’ll be publishing to. Read more in this Help Center article.
