I added my competitors to Sprout recently, but it’s not displaying historical data. Is there an issue?

For most Competitor Report data, Sprout can't backfill historical data based on network limitations. You may see some Facebook and Instagram Top Posts on your report, but for all other data, Sprout generally only shows data from the point of tracking (the date that you added the profiles as competitors) and forward. If you choose a date range starting from the time you added the competitors, you can see the data there. Learn more here.
