Contact Profile Views

Contact Profile Views for Twitter, Facebook, Linked and Instagram users provide teams with contextual information and collaborative tools to help teams seamlessly resolve support issues, nurture prospective leads and deliver an exceptional brand experience.

To access a contact profile, click on the avatar of any Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram user.

 

Twitter

View the full conversation history of this contact with your managed Twitter handles, or your Direct Messages history. It is also possible to  see the contact’s Tweets, Mentions, Followers, as well as who they are Following.

Note: Conversation history goes back 30 days for Standard plans and 90 days for Premium plans. Corporate and Enterprise plans have access to full conversation history.

Create a detailed customer record by adding custom notes or personal contact information to the contact’s profile, which are also visible across your team. Access these customer details by scrolling to the very bottom of the right bar.

You can easily follow or unfollow a contact from this page and see how they are following you in the Follow Status section.

Click Add to List to add a contact to any of the Twitter lists that you’ve created. Twitter lists can be created in either the native network or in Sprout, and you’ll still have access to them in the Sprout application. View your Twitter lists in Feeds -> Twitter Feeds.

 

Facebook

View past conversation history with both individual users and other Business Pages interacting with your Facebook Page.   

Note:  History will backfill to the date you connected your page to Sprout as far back as May 2014.

 

Add internal notes or contact information to the right bar of the profile, which are also visible across your team. Access Facebook Messenger directly from this view to start a private conversation. Message history with individual users includes wall posts, public comments and replies and private messages.

Note: It is only possible to Private Message users who have previously initiated a Private Message conversation with your page.

 

LinkedIn

View past conversation history with both individual users and other Company Pages interacting with your LinkedIn Page.   

Note: Historic conversation data will populate from messages sent and received from September 14, 2016.

Instagram

View past conversation history of an Instagram contact with your Instagram profile.

Add internal notes or contact information to the right bar of the profile, which are also visible across your team. Message history with individual users includes public comments and Brand Keyword results.

Note: Instagram conversation history will only show Brand Keywords which are currently added in the Smart Inbox. If you delete a Brand Keyword, those historical results will also be deleted.
