The two most common reasons that Facebook pages become disconnected from Sprout are:
- The user that connected the page has changed their password.
- The user no longer has admin rights (manager or content creator role) for that Facebook page.
To restore connection, a Manager in your Sprout account that has admin rights for the Facebook page needs to log into Sprout, then navigate to the group that contains the disconnected profile(s). From there, you will see a red triangle in the upper left corner. once you click that triangle, it should prompt you to reconnect those pages. Sprout will prompt the user to log into Facebook with their personal account login so that it can verify that they have permission to connect the page as an admin.
