Does Sprout offer sentiment analysis?


Sentiment analysis is subjective, and we believe you and your team really know best if what people are saying is positive or negative for your brand. We focus on giving you insight into what people are saying to you. For example, the Trends Report shows the topics and hashtags that are used most frequently across your inbound messages, as well as associated words, so that you can evaluate if what’s being said is negative or positive for your brand.
