I can see a message in my social inbox natively, but I'm not immediately seeing it in Sprout. How can I search for the message in Sprout?

Using the “from: ( )” function in the Smart Inbox search bar, you can pull up messages attributed to a specific user. A tip to achieve precise results is to use the user’s handle or username on the search, and then choose the “Search all messages instead?” option. Additionally, in case a teammate may have completed the message, ensure you have "Show completed messages" toggled ON.
