Support Availability for Holidays & Kickoff


As we head into the holiday and new year, Sprout will have limited availability across several days. Details are outlined below.

Support will be closed on the following dates in observance of Sprout Holidays:

  • Friday, December 22nd
  • Monday, December 25th
  • Monday, January 1st

In addition, our team will be ramping up for the new year at our Annual Kickoff Meeting. Details of our support availability for this event are outlined below.

Availability during the week of 1/1 will be as follows:

  • Monday, January 1st - Closed, No Support Coverage (Sprout Holiday)
  • Tuesday, January 2nd - 7am-6:30pm CT
  • Wednesday, January 3rd - 7am-9:30pm CT
  • Thursday, January 4th - 7am-9:30pm CT
  • Friday, January 5th - 8am-4pm CT
  • Monday, January 8th - 7am-9:30pm CT

Normal Support coverage will resume on Tuesday, January 9th.
